What you'll learn

This course is about creating a daily practice that honors grief.

Grief may be something you always live with but that does not mean that your grief has to define you and how you live your life.

This space honors all types of grief because you might be someone who only has one person who died in your life and others might have been throough multiple deaths whether from friends, family members, and/or pets.

Most grief resources offered are talking focused and that can be helpful for a lot of people.

This is course is designed to work from the body up so that you can learn how to get grief our of the body without having to talk about it.

By doing so you will start to open yourself up to the love, joy, and hope you lost the day they died.
