Requirements

By purchasing and scheduling a 30-minute consultation session with Philip Griffith, Certified Photo Manager, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Session

This consultation is a non-refundable 30-minute session. The session will not exceed 30 minutes in duration.

2. One-Time Commitment

Philip Griffith is not obligated to continue communication or provide additional consulting services beyond the scheduled half-hour session.

3. Consultation Platform

The session will be conducted via Zoom, either with or without video, as agreed upon by both parties.
Philip Griffith reserves the right to remain off-camera during the session, depending on time zone constraints or internet connection quality.

4. Scheduling Policy

Both Philip Griffith and the client have 30 days from the date of purchase to schedule the session.
Both parties will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the earliest available time.
Philip Griffith reserves the right to extend the 30-day period, but the client does not have this right.

5. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

If the client is not satisfied with the session, no refunds will be issued.

6. Personal Use Only

All session content, including any recordings or materials provided, is for the client’s personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

7. Termination Policy

Philip Griffith reserves the right to terminate the session immediately if the client exhibits inappropriate behavior or violates these terms.

8. Focus of the Session

This session is specifically designed for clients to ask questions and receive expert guidance on photo collection/estate issues or challenges. Results and progress depend on the questions asked and actions taken following the session.

9. Results Disclaimer

The client acknowledges that results vary and that no specific outcomes, including financial outcomes, are guaranteed due to the session.

10. Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

Clients must request schedule changes with at least 48 hours notice.
Failure to show up for the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session.

11. Technical Issues

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for the session.
Technical issues on the client’s end will count against the allotted session time.
