As she learns to operate the machine, create the design, measure, and Fit the garments, she’s not just learning technique—she’s learning how to solve problems, how to think ahead, how to bring an idea into form. 

Each carefully planned row builds new neurological pathways. She’s strengthening her mind while awakening her imagination.
This is design. This is focus. This is creation. And within this creative flow, she discovers something deeper, finding peace and wonder.  

Peace in the process. Peace within herself.

As that inner peace expands, so does her world. One stitch at a time, one solution at a time… she begins to shape a more peaceful world within and around her.

This is how we magnify world peace—from the inside out, and from one generation to the next.

I was inspired to paint these cells when I decided that I needed to release all that no longer serves me. As I embark on my new journey of releasing and letting go of the emotions that have held me back from achieving what I want in my life. What I no longer want has been let go of and is gone, now and forevermore.

Jill talks about working on an emotional issue when attending my Healing Card Deck course. As the emotional issue was resolved, her leg cramps disappeared. The ISSUES are in the TISSUES. Every emotional pain can cause physical discomfort.

Focus on what you love doing. What you think about you bring about. 

When you focus on worrying, you will get more of it. Focusing on what you love and like will increase the endorphin and oxytocin hormones in your body, which are the healing hormones. This enables calmness and centredness to flood your system, making you feel better. Do this and enjoy the outcome.

Breathing Technique:

Breath in: for the count of four

Hold:  your breath for the count of four (to start with - increase over time)

Breath out: for the count of four

Hold: for the count of four 

This is the first cycle. Repeat over and over until you feel calmness in your mind and body.

When Jayne finished my Healing Card Deck Course, she was amazed to find her pain had gone from a level seven out of ten (ten being the worst scenario) down to a level one.
