1. Current Role in Leadership or Management**: Participants should hold a position that involves team leadership, management responsibilities, or a desire to advance to such roles.
2. Commitment to Personal and Professional Growth: A willingness to engage in self-reflection, adopt new strategies, and actively participate in discussions and activities throughout the course.
3. Basic Understanding of Business Operations: Familiarity with core business functions, such as operations, human resources, and financial management, is recommended.
4. Open Mindset for Learning and Change: Participants should be open to new ideas, feedback, and willing to adopt a growth-oriented mindset.
